Mark studied psychology and philosophy at Sheffield University before exploring and studying yoga, meditation and Eastern Philosophy in India and the United States . Mark trained in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy with Donald Robertson at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. |

| Simon is a UKCP and EAP registered hypno-psychotherapist, and sits on several UKCP committees. He graduated in philosophy and has worked in a senior management position in business dealing with motivaton and work-stress, before becoming a full-time hypno-psychotherapist. |
