We take privacy issues seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal information. Please note that the type of information we collect and hold about you will depend on whether or not you are a member of the Registerr.
If you become a member, you will be asked to submit personal and professional information. We gather this information to allow us to verify and process your membership application.
Whether you are a registered user or not, our webserver collects certain information such as:

(b) host names;
(c) domain name;
(d) the time and date information is requested;
(e) the browser version and platform when information is requested;
(f) a record of which pages have been requested.
We use this information to produce aggregate visitor statistics in relation to which pages are being accessed. We may also use it to monitor usage patterns on this website in order to improve navigation and design features to help you get information more easily. This information is collated and provided to us as daily log files. In order to help us develop the website and our services we may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
If you pay online for your membership then PayPal will hold your credit card details secure.
If you pay over the phone then MindEase Limited will enter your details into our secure payment processor (PayPal Virtual Terminal) and PayPal will hold your credit card details securely only for as long as is required for payment processing. MindEase Limited (trading as REBHP) will not hold, store or retain any your of credit card details once payment is completed. [See PCI Compliance Statement below].
(b) How is personal information being used?
If you are a member of the Register, we may use your personal information to communicate with you generally so that you can get the most out of the services that the REBHP provides.
(c) To whom will personal information be disclosed?
We may disclose your personally identifiable information to our agents or staff, who will be bound by duties of confidentiality, for the purposes of fulfilling our membership obligations to you.
(d) How is personal information stored and protected?
Keeping your personal details private is very important to us. None of your personal information is stored in such a way that it can be accessed over the Internet.
Despite our best efforts, unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

PCI Compliance Statement
MindEase Limited, trading as "REBHP", complies with PCI regulations governing the storing and handling of credit card and customer sensitive materials.
- No credit card data is captured by the REBHP website, credit card data is only captured by PayPal, our payment processor with with SSL encryption.
- Any credit card information provided over the phone is not stored on MindEase Limited (t/a REBHP) computer systems.
- Any credit card details you provide over the telephone or in person are entered into our secure payment processor (PayPal Virtual Terminal). MindEase Limited (trading as REBHP) will not hold, store or retain any your of credit card details once payment is completed.
- Our payment processors, PAYPAL, are themselves PCI compliant.
